Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your raggedpriestoutlet.com purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery.
How to Return
- Log in to your account at raggedpriestoutlet.com and navigate to “Orders” to initiate a return.
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging, including tags and labels.
- Ship your return using a tracked delivery service.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Sale items, accessories, and discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
We currently offer size exchanges subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the return process and note your preferred size. If the new size is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact our team within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
